I love cooking and eating, but I also love science.  My first degree and PhD are both in chemistry, and my MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition, which explains my passion for experimenting with new ideas but also wanting to fully understand the science behind everything I do.  I take the best, most up-to-date science and evidence, translate it and provide easy, practical advice for you to follow.

After a successful career in Investment Banking, I worked with Imperial College helping government policy makers use evidence to help them make decisions. At the same time, I qualified as an Indoor Cycling Instructor and that was the real turning point in my career.  I wanted to know more about what to eat to stay healthy and to get the most of out my training.  I retrained as Sports Nutritionist and we set up PSN to help clients achieve their goals, however big, small or varied they may be.

As well as working with many individuals (athletes and non-athletes), some of the teams I've worked with include: England Hockey, British Athletics, England Netball, British Cycling and GB Taekwondo.
